Delivery

We are proud to offer a FREE delivery service to all mainland locations. This covers the whole of England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Northern Ireland and postcodes KW, HS, PA).

We use a trusted third party delivery service, they will contact you 24 to 48 hours before delivery and provide an exact slot for the day and time of delivery. Our free delivery is to a room of choice, or if this is a block of flats, then the ground floor. The room of choice service is limited to two flights of stairs.

Please ensure you measure your space correctly before placing your order. Be sure to consider staircases, doorways and any tight spaces as your bed may need to be manoeuvred through these spaces.  

Please ensure all routes to the final room are clear of any obstructions, photo frames, ornaments or anything that will block the potential path; failure to do so will result in delivery being on the ground floor/entrance.

  1. All our orders come with a standard 2-3 weeks delivery time scale. In most cases items are delivered within a shorter timescale.
  2. Please provide an up to date mobile phone number as delivery information is sent via text message, we will text the number you provide 24-48 hours before delivery to give you both a delivery date and time slot, this allows you to prepare for your delivery.
  3. If you are unable to accept delivery please alert us within 3 hours of receiving your confirmation text, as this prevents us from sending the goods to the delivery depot.
  4. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure items will go into the property. Please ensure you measure hallways, staircases, landings, any sharp bends. If, upon or after delivery, the items do not fit in the property, this will be classed as a "failed delivery" and you will then be responsible for any "failed delivery" charges, 50% of the total order value.  We kindly request all entrances and openings are measured prior to order.
  5. In the event that nobody takes the receipt of the delivery and the item has to be returned to us, it will deemed as a "failed delivery" and will incur a redelivery charge of £150.

Please Note
We, including manufacturers and any couriers we use, try at all times to deliver on time and without error, but in a minority of orders, problems may arise. Therefore, please do not dispose of your existing item(s) until you have received your delivery from us, and checked it for any signs of damage and/or missing parts.
